Following on from yesterdays Samism, I told Jack, the 3 year old, I would drop him off somewhere.
Sam: "Drop him off at Mike and Julies" (Our neighbours)
Me: "No, it's nice there, if he doesn't stop it, I'll be dropping him somewhere not fun"
Sam: "Drop him off at Woodridge then"
PS - I have never said a bad word about Woodridge so clearly he has picked this up from the news? Or school?
For someone who went to school in Beaudesert, that is freaking hilarious!!!! LOL
ReplyDeleteThis is the BEST Samism yet! OMG I'm falling over laughing!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is priceless! As someone who used to wrok in Woodridge...I think that is the funniest thing ever!!
ReplyDeleteThis reminded me of how Kaleb gets suburb names wrong. Conversation goes like this
ReplyDeleteKaleb:'Which Pet Shop are we going to? The one in-the-rain-g?'
Me: 'What are you on about? It's sunny out. We're going to the one I used to work at'
Kaleb: 'Yeah, the one IN-THE-RAIN-G'
Me: it's called NERANG, for the last time'
He calls it in-the-rain-g because the first time we went there (that he remembers) it was raining. Makes sense to an ASD child....not so much to us
