I picked up the two boys from school. Almost immediately they started arguing. I turned to them and said:
"Keep it up and I'll stop this car and you boys can walk home"
Jack, the three year old asked me to stop the car at the next red light so he could get out and start walking.
Sam: "You're not a brainiac are you Mum?"

ReplyDeleteYup - I think that is the domain of BOYS only. Son tried the same stunt.
ReplyDeleteTo solve the problem, I ended up visiting the local police station with one boy and one girl held by the ears - to have the friendly constable explain how dangerous it is to fight in the car with mum driving. Worked a treat I must admit, but thinking about it, I think I owe that constable an apology!
I'm a little bit in love with Sam. He's snarky - my favourite kind.
